Can’t make it? No worries, things come up!

Weather

If the local weather has a warning for snow, storms, etc. we will add another class to the weekly sessions you signed up for or reschedule the workshop for another date. If you cannot come on those dates we are happy to offer you a refund or credit to the studio!

Weekly Classes

Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel! We are a small studio, and cancellations can lead to the class being cancelled if we cannot fill the spot in time.

14+ days prior to the first day of class, we can issue a full credit or a refund with a $30 processing fee. Within 14 days of the first class, we can issue a 75% credit or a 50% refund with $30 processing fee. Within 72 hours of the first class, we cannot issue a credit or refund. Credits can be used for up to 1 year from time of purchase.

One Time Workshops 

Please give as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel! We are a small studio, and cancellations can lead to the workshop being cancelled if we cannot fill your spot in time. 7+ days prior to the workshop, we can issue a full credit or a refund with a $10 processing fee. Within 7 days of the workshop, we are happy to credit you for another workshop. Within 72 hours of the workshop time, we cannot issue a credit or refund. Credits can be used for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. If you cancel a second time after rescheduling, your credit will be voided.

Illness

Please don’t come to class sick! Email us at taylorart4u@gmail.com and we will find a fair solution. This is to protect our students, members, and staff.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are nonrefundable purchases.

OTHER POLICIES

One purchase of a workshop or class is good for one student spot. Each person must purchase a workshop in order to participate in the class. Any additional person/s who did not purchase a spot will be asked to leave or hangout in the lounge.
